Description
She was rescued from being tied on a chain 1 yr ago by her current family. However, their existing Shepherd has been unable to accept her into the family. She is great with their other dogs and has a kind gentle nature. Lola is housetrained, fully vaccinated and chipped. Lola can sit, give a paw and lie down. She has had basic training but is clever enough to learn lots more tricks.. She loves laid back strolls and prefers to lay about outside in the sunshine or splash in the rain during the day. An enclosed yard is therefore essential for Lola. She is a sensible girl who must live happily indoors with her family on a cosy sofa or open crate. She has been crate trained and loves visiting the groomers where she gets so relaxed she falls asleep and knows exactly what to do. The current family has a 13 yr old child who is attached and loves taking her out on the lead. She will not pull and gets excited for her walks. She would do well in a home with an older child who can keep her entertained in play. She does not chew unwanted items but likes a good chew on her toys. She is healthy with no medial issues. Lola will do better as an only dog in the home given the current stress she has endured with one of her current sisters not accepting her fully. Large breed experience essential, and shepherd experience preferred .She has lots of love to give in the correct home and is a great companion. Genuine enquiries only and someone who can give her the time and love she deserves please. If you are interested in offering her a home, please email us to animalrescuetrust@hotmail.com answering the following questions for us to see if she would suit you: - have you any other pets? - have you had any other animals before? - have you large breed &/or German Sheperd experience? - where would she stay? - would he/she be kept inside or kept outside? - if you have a garden / enclosed back yard and is it secure? - have you any young children? If so what are their age(s) - if you live in rented accommodation, does your landlord permit pets? - would she have company or would she be left on her own for long periods Home check will be carried out. NB. She is being rehomed through our Matchmaking Service -https://www.7thheaven.org.uk/matchmaking-service and is with her owner while we find her a new home
