Originally designed by IMI of Israel, the Uzi is a 9mm sub-machine gun with a truly impressive cyclical rate. The Mini Uzi is the middle-brother of the family scaled down from the full-sized original, but not quite as small as the micro-Uzi. It is nigh on the perfect size, especially with the folding stock.

The mini Uzi, or Swiss Arms 'Protector' as this piece is known, is a superb replica. Constructed out of durable ABS and metal, this gun feels great in your hands. Racking the metal bolt is extraordinarily satisfying, as well as being a lot of fun! Of course the real fun starts when you fire this beast - Co2 power in this package means one thing; recoil. The force of the bolt hitting home is translated into easily one of the most enjoyable shooting experiences available, not to mention the year-round benefit of the Co2 capsule.

The side folding stock is practical and quick-deploying - simply pull out to extend, and push to fold; no buttons or catches to fiddle with. Even so, the stock is quite solid and sturdy, kept in place by ridges cut into the hinge mechanism. The magazine holds 40 BB's, and firing quickly will expend 1 co2 capsule. More restrained fire will allow you to get 2x magazines per caplet.
