Looking for land or houses that need work to rent then buy..even just a small bit of land I can rent then buy and eventually live on. I have a good job with decent income but i earn too much for social housing but not enough for a large mortgage in the present housing market. Currently paying 15000 a year in rent and would be great if the money actually went to good use. Looking around the Finn valley area…will consider any offers. Thank you for reading.
