in desperate need of a house to rent. I apologise in advance for the long text. I am a full time carer looking after my mum, who has multiple disabled issues. So because of this quite a few requirements are needed for a suitable accommodations. Our landlord is selling the house and we have till the 12th of august left to get out. A glowing reference can be easily acquired from the letting agent. will consider any part Co Donegal or surrounding counties. firstly the house would either have to be a bungalow or a two story with a bedroom and shower downstairs, I could use the sitting room as her bedroom if required but there must be a shower that can be walked into ( not a shower over bath). We have all our own furniture and appliances so nothing is required from the landlord in that regard. The house would have to be 3 bedrooms or more due the all the disabled stuff we have. A shed would also be required for storage of mobility aids and also a ride on lawnmower (large garden would be no issue) etc. We have two small rescue d-o-g-s, both are fully housetrained. I understand rents are very high at the moment but we are in receipt of social welfare payments so very large rents would be out of the question. I get carers allowance and my mum gets disability allowance, we also receive Hap. we have been on the council list for 8 years and I have been trying in vain for months to get the council to help to no avail. The council very recently offered us a house that mums mobility aids won't even fit around. so if i take that she'll be trapped in one room of the house. I apologise for all the demands but it is extremely difficult when you are caring for someone with so many needs. Thank you for taking the time to read all this, If yourself or anyone you know is renting please get in contact with me thank you. I'm on whatsapp 0862462252
