We are a family of four (39/37/18/13) looking to move back to Northern Ireland.

We are both disabled so must be ok with housing benefit (we can provide a deposit) and are looking for long terms so our daughter can complete secondary school.

We are looking to move in January 2018 and would prefer the property to be either a bungalow with a minimum of 3 bedrooms or a house with a ground floor room able to be used as a bedroom.

We both drive so rural is most definately ok (be nice to have the peace!)

We will maintain and look after the gardens, decorate and complete reasonable repairs if needed.

We are entitled to up to a four bedroom due to our disabilities so please check rent allowance for your area.

I will do all the paperwork in advance to make sure things run smoothly and we will cover rent out of our own money until payment is in play if needed.

Any property will be considered as I am very interested in following my family roots.
